2. Services Provided

2.1 Pakanira offers silver ring–making workshops, jewellery-making sessions, and related services.
2.2 All workshop details—including pricing, availability, and schedules—are subject to change without notice.
2.3 Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Users below 18 years old must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before booking.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Payment must be made at the time of booking through the available payment gateways (Billplz, Atome, etc.).
4.2 By making a booking, you agree that all submitted information is accurate.
4.3 Pakanira reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking due to inaccurate information, technical issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Workshop Attendance

5.1 Customers must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled session.
5.2 For late arrivals or a no show, Pakanira reserves the right to reschedule your booking to the next available customer time slot, depending on instructor availability and studio capacity.
5.3 Safety rules and instructor guidance must be followed at all times.
5.4 Pakanira is not responsible for injuries arising from negligence or failure to follow instructions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on this website—including text, videos, images, and branding—is the property of The Saheed Sdn Bhd.

3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Pakanira, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable booking experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Reservation

You are entitled to a refund minus a 5% cancellation handling fee, which covers processing and administrative costs.

2. Cancellation After 7 Days of Reservation

You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment made.

3. No Cancellation 3 Days Before the Workshop

No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made within 3 days of the scheduled workshop, as materials and preparations would already be underway.

4. No Refunds for Voluntary Quitting During the Workshop

If you voluntarily leave or discontinue the workshop after it has started, no refund will be provided.

5. Prefer Not to Cancel? Transfer Your Slot

If you cannot attend but your workshop date is still outside the 3-day no-cancellation window, you may:

✔ Transfer your slot to a friend or loved one — at no extra cost.

Pakanira will assist in updating participant details and coordinating the change.

6. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late or fail to attend your scheduled session:

However, Pakanira reserves the right to reschedule your booking to the next available customer time slot, depending on instructor availability and studio capacity.

No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals.

7. Refund Processing Time

If a refund applies, the amount will be processed within 14 days from the date your refund request is officially confirmed.

You will be notified once processing begins and when the refund has been completed.

5. Force Majeure

Pakanira is not responsible for cancellations arising from events beyond our control (e.g., power outage, natural disasters, government restrictions). Rescheduling will be offered where possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
